Mark Compton

A Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals, Mark has over 25 years recruitment sector experience operating as both an in-house and agency recruiter. In his time, Mark has set up and run two recruitment agencies, acted as Recruitment Manager for a leading Professional Services Consultancy, implemented and run in-house and managed agency campaigns and provided interim services to Public, Private and Defence sector clients.
